Cap Reborn on July 1st!

July 1st is the day that Eisner Award Winning writer Ed Brubaker brings back Captain America.
If you didn't know already Captain America died on the way to the courthouse in the aftermath of the Marvel Civil War. Crossbones snipes at him while Sharon Carter, who has been brainwashed by Doctor Faustus posing as a S.H.I.E.L.D. psychiatrist, delivers the killing blow. Published in Captain America #25 in April 2007.
Shortly after that, to bring back hope and the american dream to America, Iron Man (Tony Stark) got Cap's WW2 sidekick and the former winter soldier James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes, who (as i descirbed in an earlier post) created a new symbol of Captain America, which described the current state of America.
Brubaker stated in his interview that he has been planning the rebirth of Cap since he first wrote the new Cap #1 in 2005.
Fans have been waiting for the rebirth and here it is. Check Marvel's rebirth page, for more information.
If you havent read Fallen Son, i suggest you read the 6 part series before the rebirth to see how the Marvel Universe reacted to the death of a legend.
