Today Motorolla unveiled its new Droid 2 phone, or more commonly known as the Motorolla R2-D2 phone. The Droid 2 will run on Android 2.1 with a 1.2Ghz processor and includes a 5mp built in camera. The phone features a design of everyone's favourite robot from the Star Wars Saga, R2-D2, as well as the Star Wars media dock, ringtones and wallpaper, a special clock Widget, a “Best of R2-D2″ video, and an exclusive binoculars application.

This phone will run for $249 (US Dollar), or you can get the phone for $100 on a two-year plan with Verison Wireless, so sorry Canada, this phone will not be directly available for you just yet.
